CBT, Sandtray, and Emotionally Focused Therapy are evidence-based methods that help work through chronic anxiety, grief and trauma. Together we will work towards healing by processing difficult emotions, challenging distorted thoughts and uncovering what you need to have in order to feel better.

  • We will meet in person or online either weekly or bi-weeky and tailor your therapy to what will best serve you. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy to work through anxiety, grief/loss and trauma. If in person and interested, I also utilize sandtray therapy for teen and adult clients to help give words to the unspeakable.

  • You can expect a non-judgmental space to share about what you’ve been struggling with, what you’ve tried and what you hope to achieve with therapy. I am committed to your success and passionate about helping you overcome the challenges that have brought you to therapy.

  • Therapy can help you process those painful emotions you’ve been avoiding, help you listen to your needs, find new solutions to persistent problems and embrace the strengths and resilience you possess.
