Once we have scheduled our first session and paperwork is returned, I will send a secure link to your email for teletherapy. You should have a quiet, confidential space to freely speak your mind. Headphones can cut down on outside noise.

Private pay:
$160 for 50 minute individual sessions.
$175 for 50 minute couples session
I also accept Aetna insurance through Headway for individual sessions.

Expect a comfy couch and beautiful view out the window (if in person) and a nonjudgmental space to tell me your story, what hasn’t worked, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.

Everybody has different needs-maybe you need a few sessions, maybe you need longer. Together we will set goals and track your progress. You are free to leave at any point. It is my goal that you leave therapy feeling stronger and more confident and I don’t believe therapy should be forever.

It’s a written document that provides an estimate of the expected costs of medical services for uninsured or self-pay patients. It is required by federal law under the No Surprises Act. I cannot predict how many sessions you may need, but I can say that with private pay, each session is a maximum of $160 for individuals and $175 for couples. I offer sliding-scale depending on available spots.
